Paul Andrew

Paul Andrew pioneered Barnabas Network in 2021, having invested the last twelve years in NYC pastoring Liberty Church, a global family of local church communities.

Now, through Barnabas, he is creating a brotherhood to help men in leadership finish the race that God has called them to. 

He was born in Australia, has a heart for the nations, and is raising four young world changers with his wife Andi in Charleston, South Carolina.

Ben Smithee 

BOARD MEMBER | Ben Smithee joins the Barnabas Network Board, bringing a blend of leadership experience in both the for-profit and non-profit environments. 

In 2015, Ben launched The Smithee Group, a Digital Growth Agency whose mission is to empower entrepreneurs and businesses to dream bigger and achieve multi-generational integrity. He is passionate about the work he does as the Executive Vice President of the Board of Trustees for Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC where he currently resides with his equally-ambitious wife, Nicole.

Additionally, Ben is on the Board for Liberty Church in NYC and serves as the Director of Visionaries. He is an Advisor for the Black in Jewelry Coalition, and sits on the Board of Directors for Gem Legacy, which supports the artisanal mining communities in East Africa. When not in the business and non-profit worlds, you can find Ben on the track racing cars, on the mountain snowboarding, or on the links playing golf.

John Dowdey

BOARD MEMBER | John Dowdey currently serves as the Lead Pastor of Church at the Crossing in Dothan, AL where he leads with his wife of 12 years, Brandy. Through relational leadership, John's heart is to not just pastor the church but the city where he is planted and all other avenues the Lord may open. John is a natural-born encourager and sees the value in authentic relationships. As the son of a Pastor, John comes from a ministry background. Between John and Brandy, they have over 25 years of ministry experience. Prior to serving as Lead Pastors, they served as Student Pastors, Children's Pastors, Associate Pastors, and Small Group Directors. The two are raising their now high school senior, Tyler, who they know will go on to do great things to impact the Kingdom of God. John enjoys golf, fishing, and his newly discovered passion for hunting.

Greg Daley

Board Member | Greg Daley is married to the love of his life Jessica Daley and they have 5 children through birth and adoption. They love to travel and experience all that God has created for us to enjoy. He is the Co-founder of Restoration Project, which seeks to eradicate fatherlessness through intentional fathering and brothering. He is also Co-owner and CEO of Parable, a bookkeeping and accounting company dedicated to helping churches keep every kingdom dollar on mission. The Daley's live in Fort Collins, CO so they can enjoy the mountains every day.
