Description

• Five of the most refreshing days you'll have this year! We're heading to Fort Smith, Montana for world-class fly fishing on the Big Horn river, pontoon floats, shooting varmints and skeet on the ranch, memorable meals, and conversations by the fire. There's no place like Refuge Montana to get away with friends and refill your soul. We're going to disconnect from work & the world for a few days, and reconnect with God, with others, and with ourselves. There's no one out there who serves leaders better than the Refuge team so prepare to enjoy the best of everything and maybe make some friends for life along the way. There's nothing like Big Sky country to help reset your soul and get the challenges we all face back in perspective again!

Things To Note

• No experience is necessary for any of the activities and equipment is provided. 

• At Refuge, some guys like to enjoy cigars or adult beverages and some guys don't. You do you. But please be aware some guys will, so if that's not comfortable for you to be around, we have other retreats that will be a better fit.

Scholarships

• Through the generosity of donors, a $1000 scholarship is available for pastors, reducing their suggested donation to $2000.

Registration

• Your registration with a suggested donation covers meals, accommodation, ground transport, and activities. Excludes air travel, and fishing license.  
• Registrations options - register and donate in full, or donate in three installments.
• The registration cost includes a small administrative fee of around 3% to cover merchant fees.
• Refund policy - The Refuge team works really hard to make this an epic experience. They actually raise finances to help keep this affordable and that helps leaders like you and me finish our race in ministry. So please honor that investment by not taking your commitment to be there lightly. We all have busy lives and ministry challenges that come up, so short of an absolute emergency let’s make sure our yes is yes. A $300 fee will be deducted from refunds requested at least 30 days before the event. Within 30 days, no refunds will be given other than under extraordinary circumstances. 

Travel

• Fly into Billings, Montana, arriving as close as possible to 1pm on the first day. (It might be necessary to fly in the day prior and spend the night in Billings if you can’t find a flight to get in around that time or earlier). Please book your outbound flight on the last day no earlier than 11am departure time as there is no way to get you to the airport before that time.

NOTE - you can select "I will donate" as you register, but you have already donated in full through Barnabas so you do NOT need to donate again at the end of the Refuge registration!
